Much like a ticket to a sporting event or concert, GAINZ Sports Performance registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the event, a registration credit can be issued for the full dollar amount of your registration. Credits are valid for one full calendar year from the date of the original event.

In order to receive a credit, you must contact the GAINZ Sports Performance office prior to the start of the event. In order to redeem an existing credit, please contact GAINZ Sports Performance office prior to completing your registration.

If you are cancelling a free registration, we ask that you please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event so that we can find another deserving attendee.

If any event’s  date(s), times, and/or location changes, you are entitled to a full refund of any registration fees paid. The participant waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of such changes.

If any event is cancelled by GAINZ Sports Performance, you will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. The participant waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of the event being cancelled. 

GAINZ Sports Performance has sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Cancellation Policy from time to time. New versions of the Cancellation Policy will be posted on GAINZ Sports Performance’s website(s) if applicable.
